Ingredients:

• 1 ribbon of orange zest for garnish
• Juice from 1/2 a  Blood Orange and 1 Navel Orange
• 3-4 ounces of Prosecco

Method:

In a flute glass, add the sparkling wine and then top it with blood orange juice. Garnish and serve.
