This recipe yields two toasts.
Ingredients:
- Two slices of Acme Hella Wet Levain
- 1 Warren pear, stemmed, deseeded, and sliced
- 4 slices of Brie cheese
- 1 shallot, sliced into full moon shapes
- Meyer lemon to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Thyme leaves to taste
- Hot honey to taste
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Arrange the ingredients on the toast slices as desired.
- Place the toasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Broil the toast for 2-3 minutes on each side to achieve a golden finish.
- Carefully remove the toasts from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
- Drizzle with hot honey before serving.
