Shipping
We ship fresh fruits and frozen pastries Monday-Wednesday with Standard shipping, and Thursdays with Express shipping. All other pantry items and dry goods are shipped Monday-Friday with Standard shipping.
Orders placed on or after Wednesday containing fresh fruit or frozen pastries with Standard Shipping will be shipped the following Monday. If you pay for Express shipping on Wednesday, the items will arrive by the end of the week. We don't ship over the weekend.

We're excited to offer you transparent shipping rates. What we pay is what you pay. Rates are calculated by location and shipping weight and vary depending on the time in transit. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air, depending on your location and assortment of products.
If you want to specify a delivery date for your order, go to the "Order Notes" section on the ‘Your Cart’ page online. It's important to remember that the note must be added before your order finishes processing to minimize any errors.
We recommend contacting the Customer Care team via phone or email to ensure that your note was properly transferred to your order in the system.
Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes. All packages sent to a P.O. Box will be returned to the farm. If you used a P.O. Box during the ordering process, you will be contacted by our Customer Care team.
Yes. We ship nationwide, including Alaska and Hawaii.
You can look up your order by clicking on the Chat feature on our website. Once you have established an account, you can log in to the Frog Hollow Farm website or use the App to check the status of your order. During business hours, you can also call the Customer Care team at (888) 779-4511.
Starting in October 2019, all shipments are now UPS Carbon Neutral Shipments. That means UPS will offset the climate impact of the shipment. UPS's carbon-neutral shipping supports projects that offset the emissions of the shipment's transport. UPS has supported projects that include reforestation, landfill gas destruction, wastewater treatment, and methane destruction. Their carbon neutral option is verified by Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), an inspection, testing, and verification company. This means that you can have confidence in the UPS carbon-neutral method. Additionally, their carbon offset process is certified by The CarbonNeutral Company. More details here.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our products. We do not issue refunds.
We take pride in our customer service. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

We try our best to provide exceptional service to our customers, but some factors like shipping and handling once an order leaves the farm are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

If there is any damage to your order when it arrives please send us photos, this will help us file a claim with UPS.

Placing an Order
We currently accept most major credit cards, including MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Sezzle, and Frog Hollow Farm eGift Card or Physical Gift Cards.
Discounts are entered after continuing on to the checkout page. There is a space for the promo code underneath the list of items in the order.
You can only use one discount code at a time on the website: a Ten Percent promo code, Gift Card code, or a Rewards coupon. Please note the codes only apply to the subtotal of your order.
Our prices are never included on the packing slips. The only place you might see pricing is in the order confirmation email.
Yes, you can include a gift message with your online order. To add a personalized note, type your message in the 'Add a note to your order' text box that appears during the check-out process when placing an online order. Your personalized message will appear on the recipient's packing slip. We offer this complimentary service to help make your gift even more special.
To purchase an eGift Card for someone else, you place the order as you would for any other item. The eGift Card is sent via email and can be forwarded to the recipient by the sender.
Digital eGift Cards are emailed to customers. The gift certificate purchaser must forward the email containing the certificate number to the recipient.
eGift Cards can be used just like any other discount code. It is entered during the checkout process on the right-hand side of the checkout page. Underneath the items in the cart is an empty form to enter the certificate number. Enter the code and hit "Apply" to see the discount reflected in the cart.
Products
Most of our fruit we grow and offer is certified organic by CCOF. Occasionally, you may see a product labeled as CCOF Certified Transitional. This means that the fruit was farmed using organic processes, but it is being grown on land that is currently being converted from conventional to organic certification. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality, organically grown fruit possible.
Our baked goods are not 100% organic, but we use as many organic ingredients as possible.
At Frog Hollow Farm, we always try to pick fruit only at peak ripeness. The schedule for specific varieties of fruit varies from year to year. We provide our customers with a general guide for fruit availability depending on the month of the year, which can be found here.
Our Mixed Fruit Box contains fruits based on seasonality and availability. During our busy stone fruit season, we pack only our tree-ripened fruit and offer two types of fruit as much as possible. We recommend to our customers to add the following note to their orders. Please contact me before shipping to let me know what fruit types are in my box. This will help us when processing your shipments.
Yes. We have gluten-free items, including fresh fruit, dried fruit, fruit spreads, amaretti cookies, and chocolate olive oil brownies. Our collections of gluten-free items can be found here.
Although our pastries are not vegan, we have many other options, including fresh fruit, dried fruit, fruit spreads, and rosemary crackers.

Pre-Ordering Fruit & Fruit Clubs
Pre-orders can be placed for many of our varieties all year round before harvest season. Placing a pre-order for a fruit variety guarantees that, weather and circumstances permitting, we will put you on a list to receive the fruit as soon as it is available to ship. The pre-order price includes the shipping cost, so we do not have to charge you a separate fee before sending it to you.
Due to the nature of organic farming and the possibility of unforseen challenges, pre-orders are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly if your order still needs to be fulfilled.
Based on seasonality and availability, the order will ship when the fruit is ripe. What's great about the Fruit Club is that you can pre-order a set amount of shipments and choose from various options based on what's in season, how often you want to receive shipments, and how much fruit you need. If you need to hold the shipment, don't hesitate to contact the Customer Care team for assistance.
If you gifted a Fruit Club, we recommend sending us your recipient's email address to ensure we update all future orders and that they receive tracking information moving forward.
If you do not have an email address, we can call your recipient and get the information for them.
Because we can't predict exact harvest dates, we provide a general start date shipping window for fruit clubs and single-order pre-order fruits. When your fruit ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you know you're going on vacation, please email your dates as soon as possible. If you are traveling and want your order shipped to an alternate address to what we have on file, please let us know where to direct your shipment.
When we enter stone fruit season, we harvest fruit that is part of our best-selling clubs such as Frog Hollow Favorites, Gotta Have My Peaches, Gotta Have My Cherries, Gotta Have My Apricots, etc. Once the fruits are ready for shipment, they will ship weekly until the program ends. We don't want you to miss out on your fruit so if you travel or need to alter your shipments, contact Customer Care to make arrangements.
If you have multiple fruit clubs and/or single varietal pre-orders and do not want them to ship together, please contact us at info@froghollow.com to help coordinate your deliveries. If we haven't received your reply yet, you may receive two or more deliveries in the same week.

Gotta Have My Cherries
Typically ships early to mid-May, depending on the season, until deliveries have been completed.
Gotta Have My Apricots
Ships start mid-May. To ensure you get different varieties, the program ships staggered and will ship based on variety ability until deliveries have been completed.
Gotta Have My Peaches
Ships start mid-June and will ship weekly until deliveries have been completed.
Pick of the Crop
Ships when we have two types of stone fruit available, typically in mid-June. It will ship weekly until deliveries have been completed, typically in mid-September.
Need My Nectarines
It ships in late June and is weekly until deliveries have been completed.
Battle of the Peaches
The first shipment will be in late July with O'Henry peaches, the second in August with O'Henry and Cal Reds, and the third in mid-August with Cal Reds. Exact ship dates are dependent on varietal ripening windows.
Gotta Have My Plums and Pluots
To ensure you get different varieties, this program ships staggered. The first delivery will be our Santa Rosa plums, which typically ship in early June. Deliveries of two and three of our pluot varieties will ship throughout the season based on availability and seasonality, typically in July and August. This program concludes with our Emerald Beaut plums, which tend to ship in late August / late September.
Frog Hollow Favorites
This program ships throughout the summer season, typically late June to late September, to ensure you get all the fruit listed.
Yes. We offer a few monthly clubs and subscription-based programs that last all year long.
Monthly Cornucopia of California - Organic Fruit Club
Ships the second week of the month.
Monthly Olive Oil Delivery - California's Finest Olive Oil Club
Ships the second week of the month.
Seasonal Care Package
Ships the second week of each Season (late September / early October, late December / early January, late June/ early July. Your first delivery of the Seasonal Care Package will ship as soon as you place your order and include the season's fruits. Every subsequent delivery will follow the seasonal schedule above.

Recurring Subscriptions
We've got you covered with subscription-based plans like Farm Box Membership, Want My Olive Oil, and Give Me Granola. Here, you can choose the frequency of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly delivery options. You can pay weekly or installments for additional savings. You can log into your account, manage your cadence to meet the needs that work best for you, and cancel at any time.
All three have the same fruit types in the shipment. The main difference between the Weekly Farm Box, Organic Mixed Fruit Box, and the Farm Box Membership. is their payment structure. The Weekly Farm Box includes two fruit types, is paid upfront, and is shipped weekly. The Organic Mixed Fruit Box is a one-time purchase that includes two fruit types based on what is harvested during the week and in season. So, it depends on the quantity and whether you prefer to pay upfront, choose a one-time purchase, or a recurring subscription.
Yes. The Farm Box Membership is a recurring subscription that allows you to manage your online subscription and includes the same two fruit types. Customers can log in and adjust the delivery amount and frequency as desired Alternatively, the fruit club is ideal for the customer to purchase and pay for the fruit upfront, so you don't have to think about it.
Fruit Gift Baskets and Boxes
Our Gift Baskets arrive in shrink-wrapped, Eco-friendly bubble wrap and placed in a shipping box. For example, one of our top sellers is the Le Grande Gift Basket. Another customer favorite is the Conserve Gift Box, a set of delicious preserves nested in a black box embossed with our Frog Hollow Farm logo. Then, we have an eco-friendly option for two popular gifts: the Fruit & Snack Box and the Seasonal Care Package.
Loyalty Rewards Program

Here, you will see a breakdown of how many points you have earned, various ways to earn extra points, a referral link, and the available redemption options.

For every $1 spent, you will receive 5 “Points,” and 250 points just for signing up! Reward points can be redeemed on any order on our website in the following tiers:
$10 for every 1,000 points
$25 for every 2,500 points
Rewards are redeemed for a discount code that is unique to you and can be used during checkout. They expire at the end of the Calendar year, i.e., December 31, 2024.
Note: The Reward points only apply to the subtotal, not the shipping fee.
Issues With an Order
It's possible that the delivery was delayed by UPS or affected by Brown Rot, which can occur during wet winter months followed by rain and humidity. Brown Rot is a common challenge for organic stone fruit growers since they cannot use fungicides like conventional growers.
Usually, if the fruit arrives damaged or moldy, we offer a gift card in the amount damaged. However, if more than half of the fruit box is damaged or moldy, we could send you a replacement, an equal amount of damaged product, if you prefer that option.
We kindly request that you send us 1-2 photographs of the contents to accurately assess the damage. Additionally, we would like to see the condition of the box and the shipping label. This information is very useful in determining if there are any improvements that can be made with regards to picking, handling, packaging or shipping. It will also help us determine if we need to file a UPS claim.
