We have begun the early-season harvest at last! Cherries, apricots, Galaxy white peaches, and mulberries will begin shipping after a long delay due to cold weather. But summer weather has arrived, meaning our fruit is ripening and your pre-order will ship as soon as fruit is ready to be harvested!
Why should I consider pre-ordering fruit online?
For our monthly harvests, what does pre-order mean? Essentially, you pay in advance ahead of the harvest to reserve a box of your favorite fruits or a series of deliveries of your favorite fruits through one of our fruit clubs. We ship your fruit once it's perfectly ripe.
What is the advantage of pre-ordering fruit online?
Many of our seasonal fruits have a short harvest window and are here and gone in a relatively short period of time. If you pre-order your fruit online, you will secure your favorites - whether that's our succulent apricots, early variety peaches, our richly flavorful cherries, or our melt-in-your-mouth pears by fall.
What types of fruit boxes do you offer for pre-order, and how are they curated?
From spring into fall, our fruit boxes for delivery generally stick to the following schedule:
- Cherries, early to mid-May.
- Apricots, beginning in mid-May.
- Peaches, beginning in June, with a few early varieties in May.
- Pick of the Crop boxes, whenever two types of stone fruits become available.
- Nectarines, beginning in June.
- Plums and pluots, starting in early June and staggered into August or September.
- Frog Hollow Favorites, which ships throughout the summer season.

We're certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers and the Real Organic Project and grow our crops using regenerative practices. We also pick our fruit by hand when it's ready and check the sugar levels before harvest to ensure you experience its full, authentic flavor.
How does your pre-order fruit delivery service work?
With each harvest, we provide a general start date for shipping our fruit clubs and pre-orders. Once we anticipate shipping your fruit, you'll receive an email to confirm you are available to receive it. From there, you'll receive deliveries based upon the fruit club or subscription chosen.
