Every customer is special to us and we practice due diligence on our end to make sure you have the best experience with Frog Hollow Farm. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you have complaints regarding the quality of our fruit, send us an e-mail at info@froghollow.com or call us at 1-888-779-4511. If you have questions regarding your online order, we recommend calling us before completing the purchase on our website.
We're excited to offer you transparent shipping rates, what we pay is what you pay. We'll focus on providing you the best fruit and gourmet foods and let UPS, our preferred shipping partner focus on delivering our products to you when you want it. We offer UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Ground depending on your location and assortment of products.
While we attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, our commitment to ripeness and quality may require us to delay shipments. Based on our picking schedule, ripeness, variety availability, weather, and other conditions, we reserve the right to hold shipments as needed to provide you the freshest, ripest fruit we can. If placing an order online, please use the special instructions field during the order process to communicate any delivery requirements or if a specific delivery date is desired. We will do our best to accommodate delivery dates, but for critical shipments, we recommend calling us to confirm availability.
To ensure freshness, orders placed after Tuesday at 11:59 PM will ship the following Monday, unless upgraded to Next Day Air or UPS Ground (1 Day).

We do not ship C.O.D. and we do not require a signature for a package to be left unless requested. We ship via UPS or FedEx and are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Delays or returns due to invalid or incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the buyer, although we and our carriers do our best to ensure the product arrives as intended. We are not responsible for delays due to signature requirements or failed delivery attempts.
Incorrect Addresses/Reroutes
If your order requires a change in address by the shipping carrier, please call us immediately. If your gift is already with UPS, you will be charged a $25 rerouting fee. Address corrections will also add at least one day to the delivery time and, during warm/cold weather months, and may result in a compromised product.
Failed Delivery Attempts
A correct address is essential because our products are perishable. UPS will attempt to deliver up to three times. After the third attempt, the order will be returned to Frog Hollow Farm. Failed delivery attempts do not qualify for replacements or refunds.
Frog Hollow Farm uses UPS as its shipping partner for delivering online orders nationwide. We are thus, guided by UPS's Holiday schedule in determining our delivery dates throughout the year.

We accept orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii but some restrictions and special handling may apply. We apologize that we are unable to ship to the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.
At this time, we are unable to ship outside the United States on either our fresh or dry goods.
We pride ourselves on our forward-thinking packaging. Our recycled cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable, and manufactured using 90% solar power.
If and when we do use ice-packs they're made with non- toxic, biodegradable gel refrigerants. The gel is 98% water and 2% Non-GMO cotton.
If and when we use insulation, it's made from post-consumer recycled PET plastic. It's curbside recyclable #1 along with your other plastic trash.
All shipments are a UPS Carbon Neutral Shipment! That means, UPS will offset the climate impact of the shipment. UPS's carbon neutral shipping supports projects that offset the emissions of the shipment's transport. UPS has supported projects that include reforestation, landfill gas destruction, wastewater treatment, and methane destruction. Their carbon neutral option is verified by Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), an inspection, testing, and verification company. This means that you can have confidence in the UPS carbon neutral method. Additionally, their carbon offset process is certified by The CarbonNeutral Company. More details here.
If you live near our farm in Brentwood (Northern California), you have the option for a free Farm Pickup. As long as you order before Thursday, orders are expected to be ready for pick up that week on Fridays. Please call us to to place a farm pick-up order.
