When you join our rewards program, you'll earn 5 points for every dollar you spend. Apply your points to save on future purchases of our fresh fruit, fruit clubs, subscriptions, and handmade artisan goodies. 

What are the Benefits?

It’s simple, and the points add up quickly. You can redeem 1,000 points for $10 off your order or 2,500 points for $25 off  (only one coupon or $25 discount is allowed per order). Reward redemptions cannot be combined with additional discounts or bulk order discounts.

All the Ways You Can Earn Points

• Register / Earn 250 Points 

• Sign up and create a customer account to receive 250 points for joining.  

• Shop / Earn 5 Points Per Dollar 

• For every dollar spent on Frog Hollow Farm products, you’ll earn 5 points. Redeem points as follows:

• 1000 points = $10 off

• 2500 points = $25 off

• The maximum points that can be applied per order is 2500, which translates to a maximum discount of $25 per order.

• Please note that points expire within one year of being earned.

• Follow Us / Earn 150 Points 

• Use the links in the rewards widget to follow us on Instagram, like us on Facebook, and share a post on Facebook for 150 points!  

• Refer a Friend / Earn $20 Store Credit

• Share Frog Hollow Farm with friends! When they make their first purchase, they receive $20 off, and you earn $20 in store credit.  

• Celebrate Your Birthday / Earn 500 Points 

• Enjoy 500 points each year on your birthday!  

Whether you are new to the program or already have a rewards account, here’s a refresher on how to access your points 

Sign in to your rewards dashboard from the Frog Hollow Farm website:

Step 1

• Visit froghollow.com and sign in before you start browsing. 

• You can do this by clicking on the person icon at the top right corner of the navigation bar or using the Earn Rewards widget in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.

Step 2 

• Once logged in, you can easily access your rewards dashboard by clicking on the Earn Rewards button at the bottom of the page. From there, you will be able to see:

• The number of points you have available

• When your points expire

• A code to redeem your points 

If you are logged into froghollow.com and have points available to redeem toward your purchase, a pop-up will automatically appear in your cart inviting you to apply them.

If you are using the Frog Hollow Farm App

The rewards program is fully integrated with our app. 

• When you open the app, log in to view your points and apply them to your in-app purchases. 

To redeem points online 

• Log in to your Frog Hollow Farm account online, then click on the "Earn Rewards" button on the bottom right of the screen. 

• Go to the Reward Redemption section in the rewards widget to see how to redeem your points. 

• Copy the coupon code and paste it in the designated field in your cart at checkout.
