Dragon Fruit, also known as Pitaya, features beautiful pink skin, which is firm, leather-like with spiked scales - hence their name. Slicing open the skin reveals a soft flesh with a delicate sweetness that has flavor characteristics of kiwi, watermelon, and pear. A truly unique fruit and treat. You may receive red, white, or pink dragonfruit, depending upon availability. 

Dragon Fruit requires frost-free ground and rich topsoil to thrive. These fruits are grown in the unique micro-climate of the Rainbow Valley, California.
