The Beni Shogun is an early variety of Fuji. With the classic sweet balanced flavor of a Fuji, the flesh is at once crisp and juicy with a lovely fragrance.  A wonderful dessert or lunchbox apple.

Very Nicely Perfumed

Very nice apple with a lovely perfume upon slicing. A bit more “water” than I prefer in an apple and it discolors quicker than I expected. Though I prefer the Pink Lady Apples that I ordered as well; these were nice.
