Diaspora Co.’s Chaat Masala is a blend of 12 single-origin, freshly harvested spices from regenerative farms in Sri Lanka and India. A perfect balance of salty, sour, and umami, Chaat Masala is great to rim a cocktail glass, stir into your yogurt or seltzer, or add to your favorite sweet and savory snacks. Great collaboration

Ordered this for myself but my grandkids (2 and 4 years old) devoured both the fruit and the chaat masala. Have since added the chaat to a peach crisp and an almond flour cake. Excellent!
