We ship fresh fruits and frozen pastries Monday-Wednesday with Standard shipping, and Thursdays with Express shipping. All other pantry items and dry goods are shipped Monday-Friday with Standard shipping.

Orders placed on or after Wednesday containing fresh fruit or frozen pastries with Standard Shipping will be shipped the following Monday. If you pay for Express shipping on Wednesday, the items will arrive by the end of the week. We don't ship over the weekend.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our products.

We take pride in our customer service. We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your order from Frog Hollow Farm. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products or service, let us know, and we will make it right by issuing an appropriate replacement or a digital Gift Card in the amount of the damaged product to redeem on a future order. We do not issue refunds.

What's great about the Fruit Club is that you can pre-order a set amount of shipments and choose from a various options based on what's in season, how often you want to receive shipments, and how much fruit you need.
