Walnuts are best stored refrigerated. For maximum freshness, store walnuts refrigerated for up to one year or frozen for up to two years.

Old Dog Ranch is a fifth-generation family farm on the Calaveras River in Northern California established in 1912. We were the first Regenerative Organic Certified® Walnut farm and are certified organic by CCOF. Our products are handmade in small batches by real people who love real food. All packaging is recyclable. Old Dog Rach harvests in late October every year. The new crop is available starting late December/early January since they do a 4 week deep freeze instead of pasteurize
