Ingredients:

Blood orange Juice to taste

Sparkling wine to taste

Thinly slice blood orange for garnish (we cut ours into full moons, then cut into quartered triangle shapes)

Method:

In a flute glass, add the sparkling wine and then top it with blood orange juice. Garnish and serve.
