Grilled Peaches with Granola

Eat as is, or serve alongside a tart yogurt or ice cream.


  •  2 peaches, halved
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ cup of Frog Hollow Farm Granola
  • 4 mint leaves minced or chopped


Brush the grill with oil and bring it to a medium-high heat.

Halve and pit the peaches. Sprinkle them with a pinch of salt and rub them with olive oil.

Place the peaches flesh side down on the grill until they develop sear marks (3-5 minutes).

Remove the peaches from the grill and evenly disperse the granola over each piece of peach.

Drizzle honey over top and sprinkle with mint leaves.
