Chandler walnuts, a varietal of the English walnut, are high in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and very low in cholesterol. Super fresh, super simple, with a satisfying crunch. Perfect on oatmeal, tossed in salads, or tucked in a lunchbox for a healthy snack.

For maximum freshness, store walnuts refrigerated for up to one year or frozen for up to two years.
