Our own tree-ripened organic plums cooked up with a partner farm's beautiful blueberries make for a delicious spreadable treat. The chunks of blueberry add a great texture that's delightful on a morning muffin, pancakes, and waffles, or with cheese and crackers. We also love mixing up our own yogurt flavors here at Frog Hollow and a bit of rich Greek yogurt and a spoonful of our plum-blueberry is pure heaven. 

Store in a cool dry place and refrigerate after opening. Proper fridge storage: Store perishables (basically anything without vinegar or spice) in the center of the fridge/main portion and NOT the door. The main portion of the fridge is a consistent temperature, which is the goal. The door changes temperature degrees, sometimes drastically, depending on how often the fridge is opened, how long it stays open, etc. If not using immediately, store in a cool, dry place for up to a year for maximum freshness unopened. The shelf life for marmalades is about 2 years.

What I love about this product and every one I have tried of Frog Hollow's is how bright the fruit flavor translates. That's what makes them exceptional. I love the conserves because they are less sweet too.

Unbelievably delicious preserves

Finally opened all the preserves and tasted them. They did not dissapoint. The flavors were deep and luxurious. Serving them to offer to friends at a brunch this weekend. Loved all 3 equally, Apricot, blueberry plumb, and strawberry/blood orange marmalade.
