I was so excited to send Frog Hollow farm fruit to two of my colleagues as a thank you for something irrelevant to this review. Both orders were botched. One quite badly. I called customer support, left a message with my name and phone number and order numbers and never had any follow up. The only follow up communication I've received is this request to write a review.

Order 1: I received a notification that the order was being prepared, and then crickets. No shipped notice, no delivery notice. Many days later, I go back to look at order status, and it turns out that it did ship, and for some reason wasn't able to be delivered to the residential address, and was at a UPS holding facility. Rotting. Totally unclear what notification, if any, from Frog Hollow or UPS, went to the intended gift recipient.
Order 2: I got shipping notifications as expected, but on arrival I received a delivery confirmation email that wasn't the language I'd written, yet was addressed to the gift recipient and not me. It wasn't clear if they had received a separate email. I ended up asking the recipient if they had a fruit delivery and good thing I did as it was delivered next door to them. Minor nuisances, but not ideal.

Your fruit is excellent--hence 2 stars and not fewer. But this is not acceptable and I won't use you for gifts or other online orders again.

When getting to the second layer, the recipient thought they were getting more apricots, but… peaches!

It reminds me of when I was growing up in Oakley, California
Although I’m old now, the fresh fruit from Brentwood is a reminder of my old days of fresh wonderful fruit and nuts

My Mother sent these to us for Valentine’s Day. My son said the pears were the best he’s ever had! He ate them all before anyone else got a chance to try them. 😂
