While homeward bound this past year we have been working on perfecting our Cassoulet. We have done it! This last one was perfect from the home prepared duck confit, sausages, seasoning and of course the Tarbais beans. We soaked the beans overnight, prepared the Cassoulet a full day before serving. Perfection!
Your website was a breeze, shipping was fast and the order was correct! Needed these for a catering project and you were the only people who were able to get them to me on a deadline in the entire country. Bravo!
I've always had lousy luck cooking dried beans, but these were so simple and cooked up to tender, delicious mouthfuls.
