This recipe makes 12 oz. of hot cocoa.
In a medium saucepan, carefully bring 12oz. of whole milk to a simmer, (taking care not to scorch the milk) Add the 5 tbs of hot cocoa mix & the 2 chocolate tablets (entire contents of the white cup) into the pan and with a whisk or fork stir until the cocoa mix is well. Carefully pour your hot cocoa mixture into your Frog Hollow Farm mug. Top with the marshmallows and serve at once.
How to cut marshmallows without making a mess:
Blot a paper towel with a small amount of neutral-tasting oil and lightly coat the scissors. (LIGHTLY! You don’t want oily marshmallows!) A light touch of oil on your scissors makes them slippery enough that the marshmallow will not stick to the scissors, but results in a quick, clean cut.
