Organic Apricot Pepper Jelly
I can't begin to describe my happiness in finding the apricot pepper jelly again! While visiting San Francisco in 2016 I had a sandwich at Fisherman's Wharf that included the jelly. I brought a jar home with me to Missouri. I even saved the empty jar in hopes of finding the jelly again. I can't wait to make the grilled cheese sandwich I created while I still had some jelly in the jar...a ciabatta roll, spread with the jelly, grilled onions and smoked cheddar cheese, grilled with garlic butter. I'm buying multiple jars!
