Our Pears and Cheese Box delights the tastebuds through a classic combination ready for plenty of snacking and meal-prep possibilities.

As the foundation for this combination, organic pears have a wonderful smooth and juicy texture and pair well with cheese. Enjoy them with either the award-winning Original Blue from Point Reyes Farmstead or creamy artisan Carmody cheese from Bellwether Farms. The Original Blue is sweet and creamy with a medium-to-strong punch of blue flavor - a contrast against our soft, mellow and sweet pears. The Carmody is a mild cow's cheese that blends a subtle taste and texture without overpowering the sweetness of our organic fall fruit varieties.

Together, our Pears and Cheese Box makes a thoughtful and flavorful holiday gift or an appreciated and sure-to-be-savored present for someone who loves fresh, organic fruit.

Due to high holiday demand, we may substitute the Carmody Cheese with Toma Cheese.

Excellent as always

I used to get Frog Hollow's CSA when I lived in the Bay Area. I gave this as an annual gift and the recipients ask for it each year. I will continue to support Frog Hollow from afar.

Great taste, small size

Pears are small, but juicy and tasty. The cheese has thick plastic on thick rind. Inside the tough covers, the carmody cheese was tasty.

I ordered the pears and cheese box as a gift for a friend, so I cannot comment too much on the product. My friend told me she enjoyed one of the APPLES, and was waiting for the pears to ripen, and was looking forward to the cheeses. So I am curious why apples were sent? My ordering interaction with Frog Hollow was fine, and they nicely added a gift card when I requested it. Including a gift card option on the order form would be helpful. I'll rate at 5 stars but I don't really know if that applies, since it was a gift. Thank you.
