Frog Hollow Farm Grilled Yellow Peach, Prosciutto, and Mozzarella Salad
Ingredients
4 medium-sized yellow peaches (we used Summer Lady) pitted and cut into six pieces, grilled over high heat, until there are grill marks6 thinly sliced prosciutto slices
2 Ovoline mozzarella, soaked in salted water overnight
Fresh basil leaves to garnish
Frog Hollow Farm extra virgin olive oil
Red wine vinegar to taste
Sweet white wine vinegar of Modena to taste
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
On a large serving platter, place the ingredients to your liking. Dress and season to taste.
Serve at once.
