Quick & Easy Nettle Pesto Recipe

Nettle Pesto Ingredients:

.15lb of blanched nettle

1 bunch parsley

½ cup olive oil

½ cup water

¼ cup champagne vinegar

1 clove garlic

1 tsp of salt (plus more to taste)

Method:

Blend in food processor until smooth and bright green. Season to taste, and drizzle over soup.
