Ingredients:
1 large peach, pit remove and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 heirloom tomatoes, stem removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
Pomegranate molasses to taste
Diaspora Co. Chaat Masala to taste
3 large spoonfuls of Labneh
Olive oil to taste
¼ cup of thinly sliced red onions, macerated in vinegar and salt for 5 minutes
Vinegar to taste
Leaves of mint to taste
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method:
On a large serving platter, place the ingredients to your liking.
Dress and season to taste.
