Handmade in our Farm Kitchen with Black Forest ham, Gruyere cheese, and our light and flaky ruff-puff pastry, these empanadas make an excellent savory brunch item. If you can't sit and savor, bake them ahead of time for a grab-and-go breakfast.

 


This product is perishable and ships frozen. Keep frozen until baking. Pre-heat your oven to 400°. For convection ovens, lower the given temperature to 375°. If your pastries brown too quickly, cover them with a loose sheet of foil. We include parchment sheets with each shipment and recommend that you use them to line your baking tray. For a golden brown crust, brush the dough with cream, milk, or an egg-wash. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

We do not ship over the weekend. Perishable orders placed after 5:30AM PST Wednesday will not ship until the following week without expedited shipping. If you have missed the deadline please call and we will try our best to accommodate your order.
