The fruit from Frog Hollow Farm is always qualitatively better than anywhere else. These pink lemons have a beautiful outside with yellow/green and a bit of pink coloring- so exotic and the flavor is that of a strong but not bitter lemon. I love these. I would use these before yellow lemons because of the visual and inside they are just pink and fun.

For some reason, my latest shipment seemed unripe or less ripe. Smaller fruit with greener flesh (not pink). More tart. Perfectly edible but not as nice as the larger, brightly variegated ones with pink flesh.

Wonderful organic pink variegated lemons--our first meeting. Full of juice, flavor, and soft skin. There is a slight pink tinge to the fruit and its juice. A treat in this global pandemic.
