Makes 2 drinks

Ingredients

• 1 cup chilled Opal peach purée
• 2 cups chilled prosecco

Method

1. Put two tablespoons of the white peach puree into the cocktail shaker.
2. Top up the shaker with the chilled Prosecco sparkling wine and stir until mixed.
3. A quick shake and pour into a two tumblers.
