Our delicate, white-fleshed Opal is a very sweet, low-acid peach that is extremely soft and juicy. Organically grown like all our fruit, the Opal has a very brief picking window and if often here and gone again in the span of a week. White peaches are available mid-July to late July.
Because we can't predict all harvest conditions, if we are unable to fulfill this variety for shipment, we will contact you. We're sticklers for quality and want to make certain you get the best peaches there are.

Best peaches ever - juicy and flavorful. Very expensive ($50 plus $25 shipping) for 11 large peaches so I only order when I don't have access to great fruit). I've been ordering from Frog Hollow for years because of the quality of the fruit. 3 times over the past year, I have received incorrect orders which is why I give 4 stars instead of 5. Recently I ordered 5 pounds of plums and 5 pounds of peaches. I received 10 pounds of plums on a Thursday. I called customer service (and sent a picture of what I was sent) and was told a 5 pound box of peaches would be sent on Monday and that I would receive the peaches on Tuesday. By Tuesday afternoon I had not received the peaches so I called customer service several times (kept getting the recorded message) until a human being answered (the same person that told me the peaches would be sent on Monday) and told her I had not received the peaches. She told me the peaches would be mailed out that day (Tuesday) and that I would receive them on Wed or Thurs. I received them on Thursday.
That an incorrect order was sent is understandable - mistakes happen. But, if the correct order was promised to mail on Mon for receipt on Tues, then the order should have been sent or if not, a courtesy phone call should have been made. Had I not called on Tuesday, I doubt the order would have been sent on Wed for me to receive it on Thursday.
Just perfect in size, shape, firmness, however not as sweet as the other organic peaches offered.... still very juicy!
The white peaches were incredible: ripe, juicy, and delicious! The cross-country trip was hard on them, however, and we lost about 1/3 of the peaches.
