Chef Becky poaches our delicately sweet Warren pears and combines them with the nuttiness of soft almond filling to create a truly elegant centerpiece for any entertaining occasion. Our signature ruff-puff pastry gives the Pear Frangipane Galette a delicious crust around this medley of fall flavors. This galette is so easy to prepare, and your guests will love the taste of this handmade pastry fresh out of the oven. Our Farm Kitchen utilizes fruit that cannot be sold commercially due to cosmetic defects or because it is too ripe to be eaten out of hand. This fruit is full of the legendary flavor we are known for and delivers goodness in every bite.

9-10" round serves 8-10 The double pack serves 16-20 This product is perishable and ships chilled. Keep frozen until baking. Pre-heat your oven to 400°. For convection ovens, lower the given temperature to 375°. If your pastries brown too quickly, cover them with a loose sheet of foil. We include parchment sheets with each shipment and recommend that you use them to line your baking tray. For a golden brown crust, brush the dough with cream, milk, or an egg-wash. Sweet pastries may be sprinkled with sugar if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

We were gifted this along with other amazing products. We have never tasted anything so incredibly delicious before. The only bad thing is we are going to be sad when we eat the very last bite of this. Everything about this from the texture to the quality of the pears is amazing! Amazing dessert!!

This arrived as a surprise gift from our son and daughter-in-law who were unable to join us for Thanksgiving this year due to Covid. The pear pie was absolutely the best dessert we have ever had and was the highlight of our Thanksgiving meal. I hope that this wonderful dessert becomes an annual tradition.
