Ingredients:
5 bars quality dark chocolate, shaved using a chef's knife
1/2 cup chopped organic roasted salted almonds
1//2 chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup chopped dried peaches
1/2 cup chopped dried plums
Method:
In a medium-sized mixing bowl over a simmering pot of water, melt the chocolate, and mix well using a whisk. Remove the mixing bowl with the chocolate and allow it to cool slightly. Add the chopped ingredients and mix well. Spray your favorite Halloween-themed silicon molds with a nonstick spray prior to adding the chocolate mixture. You can also opt to pour the mixture over parchment paper laid on top of a sheet pan. Place the molds or the parchment-covered sheet pan into the refrigerator and allow it to cool for at least three hours.
