Cooked 1jar of jarred tomatoes with cabbage. Very fresh tasting tomatoes. Delish with cabbage

I really enjoyed these jarred tomatoes. They were fresh tasting and very sweet. Great cooked as a pasta sauce and used them in Eggplant Parmesan. Coupled with the caramelized mozzarella the tomato/eggplant was fantastic!!

I was very pleased with the quality, flavor and freshness of this natural tomato "sauce." It seemed less processed than, and was more fresh and delicious than regular crushed tomato canned or bottled products. You can literally see the real parts of the tomato in the bottle, and it added easy pizzazz to dishes and in cooking. I had no problem using up this jar within a week instead of allowing other brands to hang around as in the past. I love that this natural tomato sauce comes in a glass jar and is organic. As an added benefit, this tomato sauce did not give me significant heartburn as other brands have.

These are the best, I use them as part of pasta sauce and they taste delicious! I definitely recommend them.

These jars of tomatoes have superb taste. I can use them in any recipe requiring fresh tomatoes. Having two jars is a luxury and means that I will always have fresh pure tomatoes on hand no matter what the season or slip ups on shopping.
