Apple Galette

Thinly sliced organic apples laid over a lightly-sweetened apple sauce cradled in our flaky ruff-puff pastry. Serve warm straight out of the oven. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a spoonful of creme fraiche for a little something extra.

This product is perishable and ships frozen. Keep frozen until baking. Serves 8-10 people.
