From our partners at Cuyama Orchards, the Evercrisp™ is a new variety that is a cross between the Honeycrisp and the Fuji. The result is a deeply sweet and flavorful apple with a dense firm flesh. Initial harvests have been limited so we are very excited to be able to offer this incredibly delicious new apple!

The apples were delicious. My family enjoyed having them as a snack although some had bruises that needed to be cut off.
