Ingredients

• 1 brie round
• 2 ounces of blueberries
• 2 tablespoons of local honey

Method

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Using a chef’s knife slice off the top of the brie round. Cover top of brie round with fresh blueberries. Drizzle with honey. Place the brie round on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375-degrees for 10 minutes
Serve warm with quality bread or crackers
