Stella cherries bring our sweet, cherry season to a close. The final variety to ripen in, fans love this cherry for its dark, red skin and delicious, juicy flesh. Like our other varieties, Stellas make a wonderful treat by the bowl or by the handful; or you can pit them and add them to tarts, jams, and other kitchen creations. Stella cherries are typically available early to mid-June.
