Received apricots and fruit was too firm & not ready to eat. As I waited, I checked each apricot to see if one was ready to eat and before they were ready, the apricots would develop big brown spots of different sizes on each piece of fruit so none could be eaten.
When I telephoned Froghollow customer service about this, they stated they would ship me another box (complimentary) of a different variety of apricots. I felt this is good customer service to make a customer happy with their purchase.
