Order Policy

Every customer is special to us and we practice due diligence on our end to make sure you have the best experience of your life with Frog Hollow Farm. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you have complaints regarding the quality of our fruit, send us an e-mail at info@froghollow.com or call us at 1-888-779-4511. If you have questions regarding your online order, we recommend calling us before completing the purchase on our website.

Shipping costs are determined by your order total (even if your shopping cart has some products that ship free or have standard shipping included in the purchase price).

For e.g.: If you purchase a fruit club membership ($340) and you have an 8oz bag of cookies ($8) in your cart, shipping will be calculated on the total cost of items in your shopping cart, i.e. $348. Thus your standard shipping cost would be $25.

With a minimum purchase of $80.01 or more, standard shipping is at a flat rate of $25.

Shipping Policy

While we attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, our commitment to ripeness and quality may require us to delay shipments. Based on our picking schedule, ripeness, variety availability, weather, and other conditions, we reserve the right to hold shipments as needed to provide you the freshest, ripest fruit we can. Items may be packed by weight and not count if the fruit we have picked is not of an appropriate size for our standard 6 or 12 pack boxes. If placing an order online, please use the special instructions field during the order process to communicate any delivery requirements or if a specific delivery date is desired. We will do our best to accommodate delivery dates, but for critical shipments, we recommend calling us to confirm availability.

We do not ship C.O.D. and we do not require a signature for a package to be left unless requested. We ship via UPS or FedEx and are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Delays or returns due to invalid or incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the buyer, although we and our carriers do our best to ensure the product arrives as intended. We are not responsible for delays due to signature requirements or failed delivery attempts.

A correct street address is essential. Address corrections made after packages have been picked up by UPS may result in extra charges to the buyer - $10 for the correction plus any transportation costs. These fees are charged to us by UPS. Address corrections will also add at least one day to the delivery time and, during warm/cold weather months, and may result in a compromised product. 

Whether or not to leave a package is at the driver’s discretion and out of our control. We recommend letting gift recipients know in advance that something perishable will be delivered. UPS will not require a signature at residential addresses and they will leave the package if no one is at home and the UPS courier feels it is safe to do so. But, use caution when shipping to an apartment building. When a doorperson isn't available to receive a package, UPS may not leave the package and delivery will be delayed by at least one day. 

At the time an order is placed, please make sure a valid email address is provided with your information in order to be notified with a UPS or FedEx tracking number when a package or packages are shipped. 

UPS or FedEx account holders who would like us to ship with third party billing, please contact us before placing your order.

Frog Hollow Farm uses UPS as its shipping partner for delivering online orders nationwide. We are thus, guided by UPS's Holiday schedule in determining our delivery dates throughout the year.

Frozen Pastries

Based on availability our frozen pastries will be sent as promptly as possible on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. As with fresh fruit please call us if you'd like to arrange for Saturday delivery as extra charges do apply. Our frozen pastries are shipped with dry ice in the box and in most cases cannot be shipped with fresh fruit or fruit conserves. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as we can, but please keep in mind that we handcraft our pastries in small batches and seasonality may mean limited quantities of certain items.

International Shipping

At this time, we are unable to ship outside the United States on either our fresh or dry goods.

Gift Certificates

We will do our best to contact gift certificate recipients but are not responsible for unredeemed gift certificates after the fruit season. Gift certificate recipients are responsible for redeeming their certificate and arranging shipping.
