Frog Hollow Farm is a regenerative farm. That means we work hard to build soil teeming with beneficial fungi and microbes, which are far more efficient than synthetic fertilizers at feeding plants the nutrients they need. How? Composting, cover crops, and minimal digging and tilling. These techniques result in soil that stores much more water than soil at traditional farms, and it also helps fight climate change by storing carbon from the atmosphere.
Regeneration also means conserving water and taking care of our people. By doing all this, we grow the best-tasting, healthiest fruit you can get. And we do it in a way that helps improve the health of our people, our soil, and our planet. That is fruit you can feel good about!
