This lemons are perfect for making Italian Limoncella. To make this specially of
southern Italy the lemon zest is removed soaked in vodka for a month and than strained. Simple syrup is added to taste. It is served very cold as an after dinner
drink. It is especially refreshing in summer. It is important to use very fresh
unblemished organic lemons.
