Grilled Peaches with Whipped Cream & Amaretti Cookies Recipe by Chef Becky

Organic Suncrest Peaches

Small to medium-sized peaches

Melted butter

Whipped cream

Apricot amaretti Cookies

Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Extra virgin olive oil (for grilling)


Works best with small to medium sized, free-stone peaches as they should be halved.

Brush cut side of peach with a little melted butter.

Lay Cut side down on the grill first. 

Grill for 2-3 minutes until substantial grill marks show but they are still able to hold their shape. 

Turn over and grill cut side up until juices pool in the cavity, about another 3-4 minutes. 

Serve immediately with whipped cream on the side and amaretti cookies sprinkled all over. 

Also good with vanilla ice cream!
