Mixed Citrus with Raspberries and Almonds

Method

Trim oranges and cut away the peel and white part of the rind. Thinly slice oranges.

In a small bowl combine strawberries, honey, and almond extract. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Arrange mixed citrus on a platter. Top with raspberries mixture and almonds.
