- 2 tbsp. of orange juice
- 2 tbsp. of Meyer lemon juice
- 4 tbs. Olio Nuovo
- Kosher and black pepper to taste
- ½ of minced shallot, macerated in the citrus juice for twenty minutes
MethodAllow the minced shallots to macerate in the citrus juice for twenty minutes.
Place the ingredients into a blender and blend for 15 to 20 seconds.
Taste for acid balance and seasoning. Serve at once.
