- 1 small shallot, sliced thin and sautéed’ until nicely caramelized
- ½ Avocado, diced
- 1 Navel orange, skin removed and supreme into segments
- 1 Grapefruit skin removed and supreme into segments
- 1/3 cup of raw peanuts, pan-roasted until lightly browned
- Few sprigs of cilantro
- 1 serrano pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup of tamari
- 1 tsp. of sugar
- 1 tsp. of lime juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
MethodOn a small serving platter place the ingredients to your liking. Dress and season to taste.
