Our Holiday Crostada is a double crusted version of our galette. Made with Frog Hollow Farm organic Warren pears, organic apples, organic currants and our house made candied organic orange peel. The pastry is a “ruff-puff” made with organic butter and organic flour. All of our pastries are handmade in our certified organic kitchen.
