Just a few yards from our orchards stands a farm kitchen where some of the region’s finest delicacies, baked by owner and resident pastry chef, Becky Courchesne, tempt the farm’s staff. With aromas that are hard to resist, those of us at the farm are constantly trying to sneak a taste. Conserves, turnovers, galettes, tartlets and more are all made with Frog Hollow Farm fruit and 100% organic ingredients.
