Though we grow about ten varieties of apricots, our Golden Sweet grove is the largest. The Golden Sweet variety is our favorite fruit to use in the kitchen, as their rich apricot taste and sugary sweetness holds up well in baking. These same qualities hold up beautifully on the drying table as well.
Our dried fruit goes from the tree to the drying table without any sulfur or additives. The apricot medallions range from golden brown to deep mahogany due to the lack of sulfur additives.
