As a company policy, we do not offer refunds on orders placed on our website. We are now offering tiered shipping based on order totals. Refer to the following chart for our new shipping rates:

While we attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, our commitment to ripeness and quality may require us to delay shipments. Based on our picking schedule, ripeness, variety availability, weather, and other conditions, we reserve the right to hold shipments as needed to provide you the freshest, ripest fruit we can. Items may be packed by weight and not count if the fruit we have picked is not of an appropriate size for our standard 6 or 12 pack boxes. If placing an order online, please use the special instructions field during the order process to communicate any delivery requirements or if a specific delivery date is desired. We will do our best to accommodate delivery dates, but for critical shipments we recommend calling us to confirm availability.
We ship our fruit tree-ripened and during our harvest season we ship fresh fruit on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We are able to ship on a Thursday via upgrading to Express Shipping. Please call us if you'd like to arrange for Saturday delivery as extra charges do apply.
We do not ship C.O.D. and we do not require a signature for a package to be left unless requested. We ship via UPS or FedEx and are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Delays or returns due to invalid or incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the purchaser, although we and our carriers do our best to ensure the product arrives as intended. We are not responsible for delays due to signature requirements or delivery attempts. Whether or not to leave a package is at the driver’s discretion and out of our control. At the time an order is placed, please make sure a valid email address is provided with your information in order to be notified with a UPS or FedEx tracking number when a package or packages are shipped.
UPS or FedEx account holders who would like us to ship with third party billing, please contact us before placing your order.
Based on availability our frozen pastries will be sent as promptly as possible on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. As with fresh fruit please call us if you'd like to arrange for Saturday delivery as extra charges do apply. Our frozen pastries are shipped with dry ice in the box and in most cases cannot be shipped with fresh fruit or fruit conserves. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as we can, but please keep in mind that we handcraft our pastries in small batches and seasonality may mean limited quantities of certain items.
At this time, we are unable to ship outside the United States on either our fresh or dry goods.
We will do our best to contact gift certificate recipients but are not responsible for unredeemed gift certificates after the fruit season. Gift certificate recipients are responsible for redeeming their certificate and arranging shipping.
