Ingredients:

1 peach, finely chopped

1 large tomato, finely chopped

1-2 jalapenos, finely chopped

2- tbsp cilantro, minced

¼  onion , minced

Salt to taste

2 tsp of champagne vinaigrette

Method:

Combine ingredients and serve!
