A wedge of Carmody Cheese by Bellwether Farms (Petaluma, CA) - Co-star of our Pears & Cheese gift pack, the Carmody Cheese was selected by Frog Hollow and Bellwether Farms as the perfect complement to our Warren pears. Our customers have agreed! Inspired while touring Italy, Liam Callahan, Bellwether's farmer and cheese maker worked to create a distinctive cow's cheese that was mild yet full of "fresh milk flavor". An excellent table cheese, the Carmody enhances the vanilla notes of the Warren.
A box of Handmade Sourdough Flatbread by Rustic Bakery (Marin, CA) - These delightful crunchy crackers have just the right blend of olive oil and sel gris (a grey sea salt from France) to share with friends at a holiday gathering or keep all to yourself and mix with pears and cheese, or even spoon a little conserve onto.
A package of Tamari Almonds and a package of Chocolate Toffee Pistachios by Maisie Jane's (Chico, CA) - This organic almond farm has been coming up with unique products from their line of dry roasted nuts great for any occasion. The family has four generations of farming under their belt, which really shines in their care and quality. Their products are everything but ordinary. The savory Tamari Almonds from Maisie Janes feature a salty and smoky flavor. The organic Chocolate Toffee Pistachios are amazing!
