With the beginning of the new year, Frog Hollow Farm Café has been undergoing some changes, including an entirely new coffee program. Verve Coffee Roasters, locally headquartered in Santa Cruz, is partnering with Frog Hollow Farm Café to bring their unique care and expertise to the Ferry Building.
The new, 3rd wave coffee inspired programs incorporates several changes, including:

• detailed hands-on training by Verve roasters and baristas, including award winning barista Chris Baca and owners Colby Barr and Ryan O’Donovan
With this and more, Frog Hollow Farm Café is introducing the perfect companion to the café’s famous cherry turnovers and delicious scones and tarts!
Verve Coffee Roasters, chosen as one of the top 10 coffees in America by GQ Magazine, hand roasts and carefully samples each of their beans, many of which come from single, deeply researched sources. Blends are carefully selected and sampled throughout the roasting, including the Streetlevel Espresso, an espresso blend that changes throughout the year – reflecting Frog Hollow Farm Café’s own seasonal changes. All of Verve Coffee Roasters are used throughout the day in their own café, allowing the roasters to taste the coffee and gauge customer reactions to their innovations.
